Regarding Covid-19 outbreak and OOcup please take note of the following:
- We are still planning the event as normal and count on organizing it. If the “virus situation” will allow, the event will be held.
- We are prolonging the first entry deadline until further notice.
- If you plan to take part in OOcup/2020, we ask you to make entry but do NOT pay for the entry fee until we request you to. When/if things clear up we will give 14 days deadline in which we will ask for payment.
- In case we’re forced to cancel the event due to Covid-19 outbreak, we will return the full amount of entry fees minus banking costs.
- We will do our best to be as flexible as possible in these strange times :)!
